What type of identification is required for rentals?

ALL rentals require ID. Current & Valid drivers license

When does the rental period begin?

The rental period Begins and Ends when the contract is processed at the counter.

Do I need a Deposit?

Deposits are taken on ALL rentals. The deposit amount will depend on the rental rate. Deposits are fully refundable upon return of rental item.

Must my deposit be in cash?

Forever Keepsakes accepts Cash, Credit Card (Visa - Master Card) and checks with local identification may also be used as a deposit. When a check is left as a deposit, the check is deposited in the bank and the deposit refund will be mailed after the check has cleared with the bank, which takes approximately two weeks. There is a $25.00 charge on all checks returned and not processed by the bank.

Do I need a Reservation?

Reservations are Recommended on all items to assure the availability of the item desired. A deposit is required. If the item is cancelled or is not rented at the time scheduled, the cancellation charge will be the amount of the reservation deposit.
