Changes & Cancellations to Personalized Orders
Due to the speed at which orders are processed, changes are not always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We encourage you to look over your invoice/order very carefully before processing to avoid errors and the cost of having it reprinted. If an order must be changed or cancelled, we will try to accommodate the request, however additional costs may be incurred.
Forms of Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard and DEBIT cards as well as personal checks. Shipping & sales tax (if applicable) will be added to your final invoice total.
*Please note there will be a $25.00 returned check fee.
Turnaround
Our orders are received within 7 to 10 days of placement. Please contact us for the status of your order. In a Rush? Just call ahead and let us know your timeline and we will try to accommodate it for your special event.
Returns
No returns on personalized favors, invitations or accessories. |
